Is your motor blown? Why not get an ITR motor?
As far as the mounts are concerned the motor is a direct swap. The only problem you may have is the ODBI/OBDII issue but that will be resolved with adapters or an engine harness swap?

Timing belt wont be an issue and yes B series are identically the same. I believe your going to have to change the Block motor bracket that bolts up to the driver side motor mount being that EK and DC/EG are different.
Driver side upper mounts are different, as well as intake manifold design and throttle body. You will need an ITR style Intake, throttle cable and cable braket.
