Default ls problems

ok i have a d.a. with stock b18a1 bottom block and i put in a 94 b18b1 head. When i start the car the car revs up to 4000 rpms and stays there the whole time. What is this? then even when it is warmed up it still does it.

You could have a gasket leak on the TB or the intake....

Or it could be what you said is unhooked.
