If u change TB's then u need to change the size of the TB opening in the IM or there will not b a significant gain, just in case u didn't know. GL

dude...seriously, take it to the shop! No just playing, you doing is the best way! But yeah if you are going to use a different tb, port match it to the im and while you are at it, port your im runners and head.

by changing the size or porting means grinding until both ends are flush with each other.

depends on how much power he is looking for or can handle. being new to hondas, i think he should just build his 1.5 and ride with that before he goes and gets crazy with a faster motor!

i want to keep the 1.5 but put a bigger throttle body on, an intake manifold, magnaflow cat-back exhaust new injector rail with bigger injectors and a power boost valve. will i have to change the chassis, clutch or gearbox?

1.5 will not need a bigger fuel rail or injectors unless you go serious on the build or turbo it! Upgrading the clutch can be a good thing even on a stock car if yours is wore out.

And what the hell is a "power boost valve"??

dont change the "crank" pulley.ur cam is under the valve cover and ull have to replace the whole cam. wtf are u trying to do? who is telling u this bs *** stuff ?and where do u get this pwr boost thingy haha and whaere do u put such a part? thats prob the funniest **** ive heard for a while. go to a track an see how many hondas are running a pwr boost thing lol lol. put a nos sticker on 50 hp+ ull fit in with all the other ricers that give real hondas a bad name.

So let me give u some advise jayboy, anything u do besides NOS, turbo, or supercharger is going to give u a minimul gain in hp. If u put every bolt on known to man on ur 1.5 u may get a total of 60hp extra and that's if u tune it all in perfectly. Unless u raise the compression u won't need extra fuel, a cam gear is mainly so u can degree an aftermarket cam to spec. So basicly anything u do short of raising the compression, NOS, turbo, or supercharger is just a waste of money. All the bolt on's r made to support one of the power adders for the most part. U could get a lighter flywheel or a pulley set if u want to but u won't really notice a difference, more with the flywheel then anything else tho.

aww why be mean and call usa gay?! im sure what ever sandbox your from isnt much better....

anyway enough ranting, if your looking for a little more power, id start with i/h/e (intake, header, exhaust) the cam gears are mainly for tuning. id invest in a cam tho. and a new intake mani. if you realy wanna get into it, some high comp pistons.
