Hey,

I did some searching, but didn't find a dedicated thread on how to fix the dreaded door stop. That sound is driving me crazy, but it is broken on the chassis side, not on the door. I am not sure if welding would do much, or if someone has used some type of bond, as it is pretty common in body shop these days.

I have a broken door check too, do you have to remove the front quarter panel to fix it?

 

Pretty sure you have to weld it.
