1. Contact your local dyno tuners to see if they tune the rom version of eCtune, Neptune etc.

2. (You didn't list your injector size or fuel pump)
Discuss your setup & fuel system to determine if everything will work properly.

3. Get a chipped obd1 vtec ecu with a basemap for your application.

4. Get the car dyno tuned.

It's not about what the motor "should" make, cuz everyone can just throw a number out there.
Give the shop a call and get it dyno'd and tuned
The numbers on the computer never lie

Good luck!

Maybe DSM blue or black top 450s? I just looked and that will support about 300hp at 80% duty cycle, and the highest I've seen B20Vs go is about 250 all motor.

Only suggesting DSMs since they're cheap and I have a resistor box left to sell, haha.

I'd get rid of that crank pulley for something with a dampener.

Stay away from DSM injectors.
I would recommend atleast 370cc injectors. If you plan on running e85 I would go with something larger.
You can pickup precision 440cc injectors for under $220 bucks (we stock them).

anybody know how to get a basemap for startup on a freshly built motor? i dont want the startup to be misfiring and all that bad ish? im going with a s300 but know who or where i can get a basemap for initial startup and break in? i dont think dynoing a motor with 5 miles on it would be a good idea?

Crome will work just fine for what you're doing if you're on a very tight budget!

Otherwise Neptune, or S300 will work.

I personally suggest AEM Ems.

Contact the dealer you bought the system from for support.

We provide all of our customer's with a basemap pre-uploaded to their s300 module specifically for their setup.
