will the type r lip fit without much modification on this bumper? its an hx with a 99-00 front end conversion. i bought the car with it already done. there is a gap between grille and hood. is it still the 97 hood by the looks?

 

the lip will fit easily and the hood is the right one ..

 

ok can you tell me the process for installing the lip please? if its the correct hood why is that gap there?

 

all you need to do is screw the lip in on the wheel wells (left/right) and on the bottom. you could also use the self adhesive tape but i didn't.

it will be a direct fit just make sure to get the one for the 99-00 front end

 

its not the hood its the shitty ebay grill. and yea lip will fit

 

doesn't necessarily matter where you put the screws as long as you can get it to stay firm and not move.

 

ok cool thanks alot. so where can i get a better grille? also i was wondering where i can find the real fog lights and ones that will last. these ebay ones keep going out on me.

 

just search the marketplace and replace all your ebay junk then things will fit a lot smoother
