if you are looking into full coilovers i would recommend ksports, i get them from DRFlickner on here (send PM to him for pricing for your car) because he gives a honda-tech discount that no one can beat.
Price range?
dont worry about it bro. just save up for some street type coilovers. function and form are the coilover i chose and i cant be more impressed with the quality for a great price. but yeh pretty soon ur cut springs are going to take a complete **** and u dont want that :/
I really want the TEIN Type FLEX Full Coilovers with the EDFC system to raise and lower my damping from a push of a button :D, but they cost so much
How good are the Skunk2 Coilovers? I can get them for $280.

Its not the springs you should worry about it is the gas shocks. The springs will still work as designed but your shocks have a minimum and maximum return area of play, if either of those are exceeded it can cause damage and the shock will wear and malfunction over time. Do yourself a favor and spend a few hundy on some brand name coils and new shock. Tokico HP and Ground Control for me.
If you want that, you need airbags or hydraulics.
