Default Molding Removal Question

Got A CRX And Water Leaks "Typical" I Had Water By Where The Spare Tire Goes And I Fixed That By Replacing The Tail Light Seals, I Had It Leaking Threw The Hatch Struts so I Re-Sealed Around My Hatch Hinges, It Helped A Little But Still Leaking, So Now Im Gunna Re-Do The Seam Sealer Around The Roof Cap B/C The Oem Sealer Is All Cracked, My ? Is How Do I Remove The Roof Molding Without Breaking Clips?

did you check your sunroof? the drain tube might be draining into your trunk area.

No I Have A HF, The Pic Is Of A Si I Dont Have A Camera Lol Sorry Guys, But Yeah I KNow Its Leaking From The Cracked Seam Sealer For The Roof Cap. But Idk How To Properly Remove This Molding

yeah i know my bad, but yeah i know thats the leak but i dont wanna just rip up the molding and ruin it u know. i just need to know how to remove it properly so i can reuse it

if your actually gonna remove it. do this. call honda and see if its still available and replace the entire strip with new ones.

They are hooked in you need to push them towards the back of the car to get the hook out of the holder then pull up dont force anything because you will bend the rail. i did the same thing a couple years ago to cure my leaking hatch..everyone wants to blame the sunroof drain tubes but mine were completely clear. i used por15 to seal it up.

Order new ones, the old ones won't be straight once you remove them
