Random misfire at idle/acceleration

Random misfire at idle/acceleration
I've been having this problem for awhile with this car but recent it's gotten worse. I have a bad random misfire at idle and acceleration...new spark plugs will fix it for about 2 weeks then it will go back to misfiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
