Default valvejob/spring compression job questions

i heard that they offer these services at machine shops the valve job ive heard of replacing and adjusting valves and springs(normal)
BUT i heard about a spring compression job and a compund (added to the valves) that makes the injection happen faster so more fuel is being combusted faster and more times(since the valve moves faster and a shorted distance) because it closes and opens faster and it got me wondering...idk how true that is or if its worth it but some guy i met told me he did it on his single cam d15b2 when he got his head done and he went mpfi and it was a success

anybody done this job or heard of such thing?
does it even work?

What closes and opens the Valves is the cam and or cams.

Are you sure you are not talking about 3 angle valve job, Valve lapping, valve lightening or oversizing?

Valve spring holds the valve closed and the Cam opens via the rocker assy.

Higher tension springs are available there is a world of opinions on this though.
What are you building?

Regardless of skin colour anyone giving you info like that isn't someone you should get your info from.

He sounds like he doesn't know wtf he is talking about, and now, consequently you're in the same boat

Well i got a quick question. I'm good with motors and all; but was wondering what oem valve springs and retainers can i use on my jdm d15b non-vtec?

I've read that their all the same diameter so their interchangeable, so im lost...my only gole is for my valve train to hold to a higher rev, and i can get a turbo cam. Thank you guys.
