my friend have a b18 crx, that i install it in. everything was running good, other then ecu going into limp mode becuz three code 4, 14, 16

and 16 is injector.
4 is coolant temp(it was missing a temp sensor, we pull one off the old dx d15 motor obd0 and use that) the fan kick in right away when we turn on car, but temp gauage still reading the way it should, not sure limp mode could cuz by this
and 14 iavc, really highly doubt it make it goes to limp mode.

it was a leak on the hose, so we fix that not sure iavc still working right. (but don' think it would go limp mode)
the 16 is injector. i'm using obd0 ecu and harness, and obd0 injector with resistor box. wiring is good, but not sure resistor box is good or bad, and injector is bad or ....(this was a dx car, i done plenty of wiring dx. c1, c2 are swap to b10, 12. old c1 c2 pin are connect to blue/green and blue/yellow. a1, a3, a5, a7 is directly connect to ecu. a15 is ground to resistor box. now not sure i need to run another ecu ground to that too. i don't think i need it. but i could be wrong, please point out if wiring is wrong)

so the question is i have a set of obd1 injector.
can i put those in and still able to run obd0 ecu?
will the obd0 ecu control the obd1 injectors?
i know i don't need resistor box with obd1 injectors.
please let me know.

 

yes you can use obd1 injectors with the obd0 ecu. like you already mentioned, make sure to remove resistor box.

 

cut the resistor box plug and solder wires together

 

well, i got the injector part fix, i still throwing a code 4 which i read it wrong is crank sensor. and i don't know what else the problem is, wiring is good, so the only thing left is the dizzy, but not sure.
