Engine Code
Where is the engine code located? I have looked and cant see it. Im trying to find out because I just received a 92 hatch DX and was told by previous owner that a VX motor was swapped.

Open hood, stand in front of car looking at engine. Look to the left of exhaust header and where the tranny/block bolt up you will see a flat square space where the engine code will be stamped.
