Default considering a ct20 turbo

can someone with some forced induction knowledge help me out i am thinkin of getting a ct20 turbo for my 92 prelude

ive never done a turbo setup so i was just wonderin if i can get some schooling on what direction i need to go partswise or in general

i have stock internals so i know i wont be boostin it a whole lot just yet. will a toyota turbo even work in a honda? what kind of damage am i lookin at for the pipes and the intercooler and stuff?

We used that turbo on my friend's H22 Prelude. Not to say it was a bad turbo, but it lasted a week. He ended up doing it right the 2nd time and bought a GT30.
There is a lot of info on budget turbos if you search around a bit.

Turbo off of an old *** Toyota, quick spool, not much to say about it except most of them are either blown or about to be blown unless it's been rebuilt recently. Why a CT20? If you're going for cheap POS Toyota turbos, why not a CT26? They're bigger, more readily available, and should cost you the same price.

I'm not sure I'd take it even if it was free. Do you really want to put a turbo on your car that came off of a 1985 Toyota truck that most likely has a million miles on it?
