Hi guys...wanted to see what you all thought of this....I bought my wife a 93 Accord and so far its been pretty reliable...but recently the heat stopped working. I don't think its an issue with the actual heat, but more with the blower, when the blower works, the car gets toasty warm, but when the blower doesn't work, the car is cold and the windows fog up.

My wife tells me that she will start to push the different buttons on the heater and she will also more the speed dial up and down and sometime the heater blower kicks on....or sometimes when the heater blower doesn't want to turn on, she leaves it alone and after a while it will just kick on.

Ive noticed that the blower makes a weird noise when its on and Ive also noticed that not all the functions on the heater work, for example, the defrost works fine, but when I push the button for the heat to come out of the foot vents, or 1/2 defrost & 1/2 foot vents, the heat will only come out of the dashboard vents....its like the other buttons dont work at all....no matter what buttons you push, the heat will always come out of the dashboard vents...

Any ideas on how to fix this? Should I just replace the heater blower?

Sounds like you might have a sticky "mode" function; maybe check the moving parts around item #6 on this schematic (from a 91, but the same as 93).
