its not a power issue, its an efficient issue. at that rate, you need to show pics of the manifold and what you're plans are.

 

at that hp they are just not efficient but they will hold up.... just my 2 cents

Plenty of "logs" can do that quite well. perhaps its only the ones you've experienced. The Rev-hard and Greddy cast irons can do wonders you'd be surprised about.

However in this circumstance if you went through all the trouble of changing intake manifolds, better exhaust and bigger intercooler, 300whp is not your goal , obviously, and therefore I would say its time to change up to at LEAST an INLINE PRO, if not something from Peakboost , AFI or Spoolin' Performance.

I changed from a Ram horn to a Inlinepro t4 and love it! It didnt hurt my afr's either. Just .4 richer on my wideband.

 

You can make 500whp on a cast iron mani and maybe more. There are some 800+ on a inline pro mani

 

didnt evans make like 900 or so on a inline pro mani

 

I easily made 450 on a rev-hard cast manifold

 

383 on a blox....

 

408hp on a blox cast iron mated with a t3/t04e 57 trim attached to a b16, and ran strong in my opinion

my buddy is at 385 on ebay cast mani. so im sure name brand cast mani would do just as well and better.

 

I've been running a cx racing cast manifold for a year now and have no problems so far. I. Made 490hp/368tq at 24 lbs with a sc6152e.

 

Haha. I too did 450whp on a rev-hard 5 years before E85.. good ole' race gas. e85 isn't used with everything

 

The greddy manifold is definitely struggling pushing it past 300.

That's on e85 .I maxed out my walboro so I'm adding the bosch 044 and shooting for 600 hp if the sleeves will stay together. Lol
