Icon3 Brake swap questions

I am going to be picking up an 2000 Civic CX. I want to upgrade the brakes obviously. But I have a few questions. Am I going to have issues with the axles from the CX fitting the GSR hubs? I know when I did this back in early 2002 no issues but times change and that was from early DC to EG. Not DC to EK. What master cylinder would you recommend as well? Si/GSR/LS, what about the proportioning valve? I am thinking of putting on 15" rims these will clear yes?

B-series axles fit all '96 - '00 Civic hubs perfectly. You can use a '98 - '01 Integra MC or one from a '99 - '00 Civic Si. Prop valve is already the same as '99 - '00 Si so it can be left alone (CX, DX hatch and DX, HX, Si coupe all share the same prop valve) or you can use one from a '98 - '01 Integra RS.

Thank you very much. I look forward to getting back into the Honda scene. I have been away awhile, I went the way of the Subaru (still have it) but looking for something more practical to drive everyday.
