I just failed inspection (awesome!) because my steering rack boots are torn. They wanted to charge 350 for the parts and labor so I said no. I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find a solid write up on how to do it. I understand the basics but I would be more comfortable with a step by step how-to. I've also been trying to find a downloadable helms manual but can't seem to find that either. If anyone can help me with this, or has any information on the replacements, please let me know asap!
