Check your chassis grounds.

It's not going to run, or run right, on a P2E.

'96-'98 P75 will be plug-n-play for you if you've got it wired right.

Yep, there's your problem. Both of them.

An LS won't run right on a dx computer. And your CELs probably tell 95% of what the problem is if you scan the codes.

Start by getting a P75. Then, if it's still throwing codes, scan them and post them here.

The auto harness is the biggest issue, 96-98 civic auto harnesses are crap for 5 speed b series swaps you need a 5 speed harness.

okay here. your auto harness has a 3-wire IAC valve clip i believe. the 5 speed motors use a 2-wire IAC clip. u need to grab a 2-wire clip and splice it to ur harness.

i have the motor harness for the ls. i just do not have the harness for in side the car. i know the iac and air intake or what ever are the same ? and i cant find the wire for one of them. then the sensor next to the map on the top. i found to plugs that go into it im not sure what one goes there either?

You cant use that teg harness regardless, You just need it to cut a few clips off it to use on your current harness, I used an ex harness for my c1 swap cause its plug and play and like to avoid all possible headaches.

I believe the when you change the IAC plug from 3 to 2 wire you need to repin 2 wires and cut one in your ECU A plug.
