Default when swapping 2000 si cluster into a 98 cx hatchback

First off I'm new to HT, and I want to say what's up to everybody.

I'm just curious when swapping an si cluster from a 2000 civic or an ex cluster, something with a tach into a 98 cx civic, is it just plug and play or is there any wire modifications you have to do? If anybody can lead me in the write direction, that would be helpful thanks.

Welcome to honda-tech.

As for your question it is all plug and play. No wiring needed.
