Default Wierd overheating problem

i have a b18b1 swap and im experiencing overheating issues while at idle and fix when i drove my car.. heres my situation:

my temp goes up after 20-30 mins of idle and the fan is not coming on. i cleaned the terminal near the thermostat housing and my fan just kicked in and the temp went down instantly.. i let my car idle again for a while and the temp start creeping again and my fans is not turning on or sometimes turning on late.. i just swapped my motor with new thermostat, waterpump.. my first guess is the coolant switch because when i bought my motor the old owner bypass the switch.. i just need other expert opinions before spending money..no leaks or puddles under my car..

Yes bleed the cooling system, check your radiator cap too, are you having any leaks?
