Default New transmission or new clutch?

I just got a jdm zc sohc vtec motor in my hatch, and my clutch is pretty much a goner. I don't know if I should get a new act clutch or just save up some more money and buy a ex transmission? My tranny now is the stock dx tranny and has about 135,000 miles on it and I dont know if its worth it to put a new clutch on that tranny, or should I just get a new tranny thats off of a ex motor?
