Default My GSR has no power!! Help....

My GSR feels like it has major flat spots in the low/mid rpm range. It has gotten gradually worse after I washed my engine about 3 weeks ago. I don't know if I got water on something that wasn't supposed to get wet, but my car runs like ****. It idles rough, and putters when at WOT. Any suggestions?

Note: I just fixed the crack in my header, and changed my fuel filter....there doesn't seem to be any exhaust leaks either.

This happened to my friend also, check/wipe/dry-off spark plugs, wires, distributor, cap, and pretty much everything.

stock plugs are the best...if that does not work a compression test will tell you

I water got down where my spark plugs are (which is a good possibility), how the hell would I get it dried out?! Wouldn't the water eventually evaporate because of all the heat?
