Hello guys!
Here in Israel we don't have a lot of knowledge about all the parts and the combination beetween them..
I have k24a3 angine with original head, and i have K20a2 head.
My question is do i need to replace all the head (hard work... need head gasket ect....)or is it possible to replace just the cames and the rockers?
Is there is different beetween the heads?(valves, oil lines, ect...)

if the k24a3 engine head that you have has 2 lobe cams then no the a2 head cams will not work by just swaping them out you would have to put the whole a2 head assy. on for it to work the rockers on the a3 head are set up for the 2 lobe cams that are in it th a2 head has 3 lobe cames for the vtec engagement

 

don't think there ever was in k24a3 in the US....k24a1 was in the crv and the k24a4 and a8's were in the accords soooo I have no idea......

Your K24a3 is, I'm assuming the same as our K24a2. Therefore, it would be more beneficial for you to do the complete head swap. It has been done many times and you can find plenty of information by searching K24/K20 frankenstein.
