This is one place that sells them, most people use them for replacement parts:

Many people just buy them used since they're half price. Even if you send it to get rebuilt and have to purchase new pulleys, it's still much cheaper. I've seen 100% complete setups (from SC to tuned EMS) for under $1500, and bare-bones kits for $700-800.
