Icon2 Do you have experience any of these engines better?

Hi guys,

I am planning to turbo my car, and aspire to get as much power as possible.
With equipment such as Sleeves and Rods and pistons as well as Injectors with Fuel Pumps, and I'm lost on how to select the engine that contains a strong crank, and gives the force required.

Please advise me in selecting the correct engine ,I own a choice between D16A , D15B or D15z4.
Any of the previous engines to be the best choice for this project, with the cause please .

My car now carries D15z4 engine. And I am very concerned about the ECU and Electrical connections, What can i do to swap it to OBD1 ?

Are you looking to stay with a D-series motor? Not sure if you only have the choice between those or not but not to bash D's but you can get a bit more out of a B-Series with less boost.
If you are looking to stay only with a D, I'd say go with the D15B. Although theres probably other people that will agree and disagree with me.. Lotta people say their good and out of the options you've stated.. Your probably gonna be the most happy with it. If you really wanna choose the BEST of the three... Google works wonders
As far as doing the swap to OBD1? Search is your best friend
Good luck with your build!
