Hello
I apologize for my ignorance but I was hoping someone can verify that this is in fact a starter problem.

For the past 2 weeks I have been having a slight issue removing my key from the ignition, but after a few jiggles I was able to remove the key. Well last night I was not able to remove the key no matter what I did. I kept clicking it on and off to try to wiggle the key out but no luck. Then I try to start my car, nothing. I had to remove the battery in order to remove my key. (battery is fairly new btw)

I have never had a problem with a starter in the past but I am assuming that is the issue. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Your ignition is just getting stuck. It happens.. Try spraying wd-40 in it, if that doesnt help and all else felse get a new one.
