Default 92 fog light adjustment?

i was wondering how high the fog lights should be aimed? they light up all the signs and both sides of the street ..

should they be lowered more toward the ground or are they supposed to look like high beams where they light up the street and side walks???? and to lower them do i adjust them with the biggest screw?

plz reply n happy holidayzzzzz...

The cutoff on the fog light is supposed to be even height-wise with its location on the bumper in reference to the ground. In other words, just straight .. not tilted up or down. In your case you have yours tilted up and thus blinding oncoming traffic. Take the foglights off of your bumper completely and mount them back on, but this time making sure that they are even.
There is a way you can adjust them directly from the foglight housing, but 99 percent of the time that wont do anything because all mechanics will be rusted and non-functional.
