any one know what direction the fan on a 93 civ auto blows

The direction of air flow is usually through the bumper, the rad and then out toward the engine bay. Short version is that it blows in toward the engine bay.

If the fan is located on the engine bay side of the rad it is known as a pull fan. Pulling air through the rad. If it is on the bumper side of the rad it is known as a push fan. It pushes air through the rad. I hope that makes sense, I've had a few rum & eggnog already

Ditto the above^^^, the fan either pushes or pulls the air through the rad, towards the engine. 94
