96 accord have to pump pedal to start
hi i got a 96 accord f22b2 the car started up fine before i turbocharged it and now when i go to start it up it turns but you have to pump the gas pedal and then it will fire up and im pretty positive thats not suppoese to be like that looking for some ideas on what it could be any info would be apreciated thanks....
Hmm.... fuel pump going out I guess?
Before mine took a dump, it has this 1-2 sec delay right after I turn the key over to fire the engine. So this tells me that it doesn't hold pressure anymore, and it has to build pressure quickly when I crank the key over to fire it up which is why there's that 1-2 second delay before it actually fires up.
Just something I wanted to share.

its got a brand new walboro in it so i dont think thats the prob well i hope its not lol but thanks for the info....but i got some used dsm 450cc injectors could that have anything to do with it?
injectors were done before the tune but heres the thing the cars tuned on a piggyback afc neo right now not the way to go i know but i just recently boosted it and i was told that would do the trick... also i was thinkin mabe it could be the tune on the afc probly too much fuel or somthin but otherwise it runs fine after its started i dno but im doing the conversion to obd1 come spring so i can actually get a legit tune instead of the piggy back mabe ill just have to wait till then and go from there see if that solves the problem unless you have any other ideas...
