Bad master cylinder could cause this or break in the lines

Whats your idle normal? Is your idle screw adjusted correctly? Could be idle screw, dirty iac, or dirty fitv.

1. Your brake system has a leak somewhere, anywhere. Do you have to fill up the reservoir at the master brake cylinder? Then the leak is spilling fluid somewhere. Go to look for the fluid on parts of the car. If the reservoir does not need filling, then the master cylinder itself has an internal leak (fluid gets past the seals). Replace or rebuild the master cylinder.

2. If engine runs fine but idle is too low, adjust the idle higher. You might have an idle screw in the throttle body. You might also have an idle adjustment at a mechanical position along your throttle cable and lever arm system. If your engine is not running smooth or well, then you have other problems. Need more clues then.

Check carefully. I am sure you will find the problem.
