i dont believe it has low compression or burnt valves because my spark plugs are white meaning they are not burning oil.
i just did a tune up tonight.

it just has a sluggish idle.
it doesnt miss a lick any other time.
my check engine light is blinking only on idle.
i hooked an obd to it and it read the cel codes: po303,po304.
im stumped on this issue.
i also dont drive the car hard enough to burn a valve.(its a four banger. no reason to act like it has horsepower by hitting high rpms.)

Those codes say "misfire" but don't say what is causing it. Best to use good troubleshooting. Is your sluggish idle caused by something you know? It might be tied in to the misfiring. What did you do for your tune up? Try to cure the idle. Then check your ignition, fuel, and air intake systems.
