MAKING VTEC SOUND BOLDER!!!!
cams, intake, header, exhaust those 4 things will do the trick...although if your talking d series it will never sound "boulder" on the other hand a b series can sound pretty mean. Which we all know means tons of power haha.

Im noob but CAI's create more of a hissing sounds at least thats what i got out of it. The sound i think you are wanting is created from exhaust. but the best of the is making vroooom sounds as you go then you get what is desired.
I was going to say to wire the radio to the solenoid, and put a CD in of beating a sack full of cats against the wall.
*I'm not suggesting beating cats, or throwing them down laundry shutes for that matter.

Well first off we need more information on your behalf.
Is it a coupe or sedan? Or hatch?
Cuz if you want loud vtec; then the hatchback model is what you want.
Also if you're going to make vtaaak noises with your mouth make sure you're doing it at the corresponding rpm's or it will look dumb.
Ps might as well make blow off valve noises while you're at it (make sure youre windows are down so everyone can hear too)
And post sound clips please
Good luck sir

actually most oftent than not cams will all but eliminate a difined crowwover. but they will give you a more agressive top end sound in general. keep in mind that vtec generally isnt ment to be heard at all if well tuned. but if you must go intake header exhaust. and keep stock cams. thats gonna be the best way to get a vtec crack.
red is technically the fastest color. but yellows not bad............ vtech.. hehe buyin a house phone aye.
um, really? why do people want their Vtec engagement to be louder? that's ricer thinking. I'm sorry, I'd rather mine be functioning properly and efficiently as possible, than be "loud as hell y0!"
