The seatbelt reminder alarm thing no longer works on my CRX!!!

Also The 2 little seatbelt guys at the top by the rear view mirror no longer turn on.

The cluster DOES show that there isn't a seatbelt in, and it goes away normally if it's inserted, but doesn't beep when it's not in and the 2 little guys don't light up.

I took out my carpet to check if maybe some wire was loose or something and nothing looked wrong, and yes my seatbelts were plugged into the wire underneath the seat so it's not that.

Need some help!.!!!

 

The plug that goes up to the seatbelt reminder is on the passenger side under the kick panel or a little higher up in front of the blower fan housing. I found mine unplugged when I removed my dash. It never worked before that, but it all works now that I plugged it back in.
I think it was unplugged by a previous owner because of a seatbelt issue that I have fixed. I don't know if that will help you with your problem other than the location of the plug and harness. Good luck with fixing yours.

I recently took out my dash aswell, but I remember connecting everything back up

That is exactly what I was thinking. Love my 88 cause it doesn't have that, first thing I unplugged in my 91!

 

Lol it's just I like everything to work right, and I kinda have gotten used to the beeping!!

Lmao and guess what?? My "Where's the connector?" thread That I made was exactly for the alarm thing!!! I found the connector aside the blower box

 

I hate that fuc king beeping every time I turn on mykey but I can see what u mean by having everything work.............did ucheck the connector on ur doors?

 

lol I fixed it already! The connector in my "Where's the connector" thread was the one that needed to be connected. I found the plug hidden aside the blower box
