Default Replacement Harness for '88 HF CRX w/h22

I am looking for someone who can do it or knows a shop that can build me a harness to go from my ECU (P28) to the engine (95 H22A). The previous owner hacked up the harnesses pretty bad. The car runs but sometimes it shuts off for no reason and I think its the wiring.
I have a DHracing manifold and TB so I dont use the butterflys or anything else. All I have hooked up to the setup is a TPS. The car doesnt need to be smogged so I am not worried about that.
I contacted Rywire and they told me for one of thier harnesses to work I need another ECU, (Chipped). I have a P28w/Hondata s300. Im not buying another ECU.
If anyone could help me out or put me in the right direction, that would be awesome.

I contacted them and they stated that I needed to buy another ECU. A chipped ECU that they sold. I have alot invested in my P28/S300. I dont see me buying another.
