wAnna Ride LoW!!
Hey guys i have a 1992 DA integra and i like to ride low!! I have a set of k sports right now and they dont let me go low enough for my style.. I like to roll dumped.. I am looking for the right combination and from what i have read it seems like the set up people go with is ground control and koni yellows.. I am willing to spend money that not a factor but want some input!! Would also like some input on spring rates!! Stiff doesnt bug me!! I want performance for the corners!! Thanks for your time and all input will be considerd..
If you want performance for cornering, you don't want the car dumped.
If you really want the car dumped, its time to stop caring about how it performs.
Make a choice, and people will be able to help you achieve your goals. Claim you want the impossible, and any replies you do get will essentially be worthless. We can't help you do what can't be done.

A reasonable suggestion. Go with 500+ front rates and something reasonable in the back. Also consider GC extended upper shock mounts for the front.
Really though, there is no "best" suspension, because at a slammed ride height, you don't exactly have much of a "suspension" left anyway.
Research time...

You could always check out AMR, I recently bought a set and it gets pretty low although I have never ran them like that. Just as if not lower than my Koni/Skunk2. I honestly think AMR has more stroke at that height than the Koni's since the shock body itself is shorter.

yes i wanna be that low!! I wanna know the suspension set up that allows you to go that low and the spring rates people are running when there thaT LOW!!!!.. Thanks!!!
why do you want parts to hit together? So you can look cool and have an awful ride that shakes and has no travel whatsoever? Or so you can be cool in the internet? Why not ride low enoguh to look good but still have functionality
Well,I am slightly biased....they have my car on their team page

So then stop saying you want performance and do what everyone in this thread tells you to do, GC+koni with custom rates. I dont understand the need to keep asking for opinion, when all you have to do is read.
you can adjust them so you can go slammed, and raise them back up after you put a hole in your oil pan, and realized you made a huge mistake.

you should just get ebay coilovers. throw them over whatever shocks you have.
really, its not going to matter if you just want to ride "slammed".
just get an alignment after youre done.

Get Progress CS2 coilovers for an EF, then use GC extended top hats. I would seriously recommend getting higher spring rates then Progress's 350#F 250#R rates tho.
yea ive actually ben lookin into those and like what i am seeing and reading about them!! and i was thinkin about going 750F and probably like 650 in the rear because i didnt want the rear to be so stiff the car jumps in the air everytime i hit a bump!! what spring rates are you running???
