Hello Honda tech members it's been a while butttt

my problem is this, about a month ago this crack started in the side of my driver side door and now it has developed into a huge problem..(I will take pictures on my lunch break)

my window has now fallen off track and the screw or "button" in the top of the window is now missing :x

I'm thinking a new door, welding it or have it taken in. Any suggestions?
