EF SI JDM GSR car wont start
Call this honda irony, but drove for dinner at a japanese steakhouse come out and my hatch wont start. So i need some help. Turns over, but dont hear the main relay "click", or the fuel pump kick on. no fuses are blown either. this is my daily driver so any suggestions would help!
How do you know the fuses are good, did you test them or just eyeball them?
What exactly is the MM&Y of your car, ["EF SI JDM GSR" is meaningless]?
There are 3 fuses for the PGM-FI Main Relay, a "hot at all times" fuse for main power into injector relay, a "hot in run and start" fuse for injector relay control and main power into fuel pump relay, there is also a "hot in start" fuse for back-up power for fuel pump relay control, although it will not be the problem.
You are going to have to drop the PGM-FI Main Relay so you can test the wiring to see if it is a fuse/wiring issue or a problem with the PGM-FI Main Relay itself. 94

sorry its a 91 civic, with 96 jdm gsr swap. pulled the main relay and the only diode that lit up was the battery. so im assuming that it means the relay is bad. also the two plugs on the fuse panel in the engine bay seem a little corroded and old, wires still look ok though. could this have an effect on my problem also?
oh and yes jst looked at the fuses.

Start by checking for a constant power at the PGM-FI Main Relay plug, [ign. switch off], could be a yellow/white or white/black lead, but there is only one lead that is hot at all times, then turn on the ign. and find another hot lead, could be black/yellow or yellow/green, then unplug the starter solenoid lead, [at starter] and hold ign. switch to start and find the last hot lead at the plug. 94

I can not help you if you do not do the tests I suggest, replacing parts is an expensive way to troubleshoot a problem, only good if the first part you buy/replace is the problem. 94
My guess is you are at the engine bay fuse box, nowhere near the PGM-FI Main Relay, testing for the three diff. powers needs to be done at the PGM-FI Main Relay plug, not at the engine bay fuse box, until you do that and give me the results, I can't help you.94
Ok sorry for not answering u. The only hot lead coming out of the main relay, (during igbition on or not) is the ylw/wht wire. Nothing else comes on even when trying to start.
ya im a noob to the honda world, and thanks for the reply. yes for spark no to main relay click (even when i tried the new one) and no to fuel pump kicking on. but there is 1 yellw wire out of the 4 going to pump that has pwr
Is there a black/yellow or yellow/green lead at the PGM-FI Main Relay?
If so, use a jumper lead and supply 12V+ directly to that lead, you can use the 12V constant free pin on the under dash fuse box or any other 12V+, [hot at all times or hot in run and start] except the 12V constant you already have at the PGM-FI Main Relay, [yellow/white]. 94
