best way to route my 4 wires for my b16 swap
it's really easy if you buy the hasport harness..75 bucks. if you don't want to spend the money it's easy to make one. i believe the knock sensor has to use shielded wire.
and the gauge should be the same size as all the other wires right ?
shouldnt I shield all 4 wires since they arnt loomed in with the harness?

run all four through the main grommet just above the ECU. i routed all mine in a piece of wire loom. branch the knock sensor wire out of the loom above the thermostat, and let it follow over to the sensor. the rest proceed toward the front. i routed the ground for my vtec switch in the loom, grounded at the thermostat. as for the 2nd O2 wire, i located the 02 wire going into the ECU and split it. this is the best way i have found. you will need 1 small pin and 1 large pin to wire into the ECU plugs. if you don't have extra ECU connectors laying around, the pins can be purchased from honda cheaply. use small wire, approximately 16 guage, don't worry about shielding.
