Default Bought my new DD today, and definetly worth the 6 hour drive

So i have been searching for a S2000 for a while now and came across this up in seattle, I live down in portland, headed up there early this morning and picked it up, its a 2000, 99XXX miles, I got it for 8500$, what do you guys thing? Also what did you do first after you got ur s2000, I know alot of the input will be based on what you want out of the car but I'm just curious?

Good buy! I'm glad you like it. Price is a little high but I think that is a dealer plate so pretty reasonable i would say. Mine is stock right now, first thing I'm looking for is some bilsteins

depending on your size, maybe a lower seat/rail, magnetic drain plug for oil and diff, exhaust, test-pipe, intake (k&n fipk) for some starting ideas.

With a hardtop for that price? It's absolutely ridiculously an excellent deal, you can sell that hardtop for $2k easily.

Did you go and take a look at the white one with 70K for 8K in Portland?

Seems a bit much considering some of the one's available in the area...

The bumper is exactly the same haha, looking at the picture I can see why you'd think that though. And yea muffinman I know it wasn't mentioned before, I noticed it and that's why I mentioned it :p

It's all good, I was crazy shocked at the price had it been clean titled.

There aren't a lot to choose from up here in the NW! I had to book it up to Bellevue WA to get mine. Im right outside PDX too. We should find some meets around here or if there aren't any make some??? Got my 2001 with 33,500 miles for $11,700. Owned by a grandpa and his wife who drove it.

the stock diff drain plug is magnetic

hate to be be barer of bad news but this car was stolen a few weeks ago, it was found striped and cut into 3 pieces
