Default Project: Oldsmobeater

I got a 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera from my grandma for Christmas. Its an Indiana car, rusty all over the place, but only surface rust. I know its not a Honda, but its the paint and body forum, and I am sure there are things that we can all learn from my project.

I will have a few pictures up soon when I get a chance to upload them. Anyone know or have a good server?

My plans for the car are to fix all the rust, bondo the areas where needed, and install a sound system. The car is in VERY good shape considering where it was driven, and it also gets 32mpg!

Here is an example of the car, only mine is white.

recommended replace doors and cut out rust and weld on new panels. thats if you really want to go out and spend money to actually fix it. taking the easy route is making it a bondo bucket.

There is many automotive forums for actual body and paint that would help better
