New owner of a used 06 GPW AP2
I've finally got a car after my last car(00 Civic Type R) got stolen in March 08.
Here's a pic of my used Honda S2000 2006
she only has 9,320 miles on her, never seen rain and always garaged + covered.
I plan on keeping her stock for awhile.
Sneek peek

Sad story...
Owned my car for no more than 5 mins!! went to pump gas a Shell gas station and some idiot young driver just got his permit backed up into my car while i was pumping gas... a 92 Toyota Camry.
Young driver: (get out of the car) Oh im sorry I didnt mean to hit your BMW.
Me: (I just wanna ****ing kill this guy) WTF! You had no reason to back up.
(took all his info)
Young driver: Why do you have blue tape all over our front bumper.
Me: Im delivering this car back to OC its a four hour drive back and i dont want any rock chips.
Young driver: You wanna get high?
Me: (FACEPALM)
true story I didnt even have insurance and it was a crazy 4+ hour drive back cuz of traffic. When i got home i took off the painters tape and there was no damage.
According to Honda "This vehicle is equipped with a front bumper of a type that has been tested at an impact speed of 5 miles per hour, and a rear bumper of a type that has been tested at an impact of 5 miles per hour, resulting in no damage to the vehicle's body and safety systems and minimal damage to the bumper and attachment hardware. "Minimal damage to the bumper" means minor cosmetic damage that can be repaired with the use of common repair materials and without replacing any parts. The stronger the bumper, the less likely the vehicle will require repair after a low-speed collision. The vehicle exceeds the current federal bumper standard of 2.5 miles per hour."
I was lucky to have that painters tape on. So no scratch and no damage.

that's the funniest thing i've heard all week, but only because there was no damage done! i don't know if i would have been able to control myself if someone backed into my new car like that..
