1) The wrecking yard? eBay?
2) Have you tried the marketplace here on HT?
3) I'm assuming you're from America, so you're pretty much stuck with the transmission that came out of the RT4wd wagon as being your only choice.

I have tried to find it on eBay. Typed in civic wagon and shuttle everything but transmission came up. I haven't tried the junk yard yet but will start calling as soon as I have time. Yes I'm from America but I have seen many 6sp but yes you are probably right i might be stuck with the auto. Thanks
junkyards are a good start.
It is rumored that you can use the CRV tranny, but you will likely have to use the CRV engine and 4wd differential as well. You would also have to modify the driveshaft.
If your motor is solid, then I would just keep the auto until you come across a manual.
You can try the FS section at HondaCivicWagon.com

my coworker is parting out a wagon. where are you located. would you be willing to have it trucked or shipped or whatever. and what are you looking to pay. the guy parting out this honda is an older guy who isnt really tryin to hard on getting rid of it so if you threw out a reasonable price he would probly take you up on it

You can't use the CRV tranny without the CRV engine, and if you did you have to remove and replace the whole drivetrain, difs, driveshafts, axles - the lot. Really not worth it for an average 4wd system, the wagons is far more capable.
