^ i agree.. when i had my em1 i purchased alot of stuff from them and shipped them over to texas and they fuked up over 3 times on the same order, they tried to make me pay the returning fee also said they were gonna give me some free stuff for the inco and i never got **** from them back... *** those guys

So who went to this so called sale?? i only saved $10 on my Skunk2 lower tie bar for my RSX, some other stuff was also priced at regular price from other places i've seen them at IMO i think it SUCKED!

The guys over at fitfreak.com said that the sale should have been called the "benen and blox" sale because that was mostly the items that were on sale. Even though the advertisement said that mugen products would be on sale, they weren't (based on someone at fitfreak).

Another guy wanted lower control arms, and it was the same thing... Anyway, I was hoping they would stay true to their word which they didn't, sucks..."
I can't vouch personally for the sale itself as I wasn't there, this was just an experience from someone else. Still, based on what I read, not cool for those that DID make the effort out to see what was on sale....bad advertising practices.
HOWEVER, I did try to call them at 10am to ask if Bride RO rails would be on sale (although personally I should have just gone with my gut instinct and known it would have been a "no"). I called and the phone kept ringing constantly for 30 seconds with no one picking up. I tried a few more times for the entire hour up til 11am, and still no one picked up. This is false advertising on their part in terms of "out of state customers may place orders via phone." I may not be an out of state customer, but I'm sure those that were probably had the same problems. They only had one phone number and I used the one that was on the advertisement. I live 2 hours away, I wasn't about to blindly drive to San Gabriel just to SEE if a particular item I was looking for was being discounted. If they picked up and said they would give me a discount, I would be more than happy to drive up to San Gabriel.
Either or, I'm pretty sure no one outside CA bothered to ask JHPUSA, "how are we suppose to know what's on sale or WILL BE LISTED AT THE sale if you don't update your site during that 9am-2pm slot? How else are out of state customers going to see what they want to purchase from JHPUSA if the website isn't updated to reflect sale prices for that day...unless the advertisement that JHPUSA passed out was what out of state and local customers were supposed to go by...which means there wasn't very much on sale.
I'm not surprised. JHPUSA has had nothing, but complaints about their customer service...good thing no one picked up this morning because 2 hours after that, I found another company. Gave them a call, someone picked up and gave me a discount for two sets of Bride RO rails that they had IN STOCK and the price was way below what JHPUSA is asking for on their website, and they offered me free shipping on top of that...now THAT is customer service. JHPUSA can learn a thing or two from companies like that.

PasswordJDM might not sell much better products, but their customer service is great (except for the cashier, shes a fckin bitch with an attitude as if she has a 2 year old tampon up her ****).

seems like all these sales, garage sales, and clearances are just gimmicks to get ppl in the door and impulse buy stuff.
PWJDM has awesome customer service and I recall they had a clearance sale of JDM parts where I scored some jdm one piece lights for my accord for $5 a piece--now that's a clearance lol
