I bought a 2003 Civic LX coupe myself in September. ABS is not an option. This was actually a plus to me, because I am not convinced ABS is such an advantage, especially with the weather where I live, and non-ABS is easier to flush every few years. I knew in advance this Civic had no ABS from reading about the car's specs at edmunds.com and kbb.com . Also no ABS parts are in the engine compartment.
If you want OEM mats and wheel covers, try www.bkhondaparts.com. There are many other online Honda OEM dealers. Many aftermarket makes may also look good.
I am getting a kick out of my coupe. I was not happy about the larger, 1.7L engine, on the one hand, but on the other hand, filling the tires to 40 psi in winter gets me about 40 mpg. The car drives much better than my older Civics and seems way safer. Enjoy!
