Before i go tune, Can i break 500whp with this set up. Need help asap.
Hey im going to tune in the upcoming weeks and i need some imput to figure out if i need to upgrade anything to hit my 500whp goal. It will be tuned by shawn church in LA(he tuned my all motor b20vtec).
My set-up is
b16 block dart sleeves,
81.5mm.je pistons 9.1-9.3 comp not sure.
crower rods.
acl rod and main bearings
stock crank micropolished
head
b16 ported on the intake side,
cromoly dual valve springs and retainers
itr cams with skunk 2 cam gears.
aebs manifold, 68mm throtle body.
1000cc injectors
255walbaro fuel pump.
aem fuel rail
act xtreme pressure plate 6puck unsprung disk brand new
Itr tranny rebuilt
turbo set up
Garret t3/60-1 .70 a/r .63 exhaust.
3inch spooling downpipe, 3 inch exhaust all the way back
38mm tail wasgate
spooling performance manifold
large 600hp backdoor intercoler.
hondata s300
edyne dual catch can.
greddy type rs b.o.v
2.5 int piping.
I think that is it, i just want to push 500whp mark or real close to it.
Oh this will be tuned on E85 gas, do i need anything else. Let me know if im good or do i need to upgrade anything else, ive been doing some research, hard to find info on similar set up as mine.

the only thing that i could see limiting you would be the fuel pump. 500whp is kind of asking a lot of that pump on e85. and i would consider getting something to control fuel pressure. just my .02 good luck and enjoy.
Probably would be nice to have a fuel pressure regulator. Also you are going to need a larger fuel pump. The walbro supports around 450-500 on gas so not enough for E85. The injectors you have are a tad small as well for E85. I would say on those injectors you will see around 400 to the wheels.

what fuel pump do you recommend, kind of looking to stay away from two pumps set ups.
