no way it's going to be plug and play, unless custom drill to bolt on, if that the case i doubt exhaust holes would match up, one cylinder have better flow that other
like they said....ive never seen or heard of it being plug and play. you may have to retap the header bolt plate or port match the header. good luck tho..tell us how it turns out.
my .02 if you trade the kit great..just keep most of the kit and buy some b series turbo manifold down the line to complete the kit.

If the price is right on the kit then I would get it. There are adapter plates made that adapt Mitsubishi turbochargers to the factory HF exhaust manifolds. I forget who makes them, but if you ask around in the Welding and Fabrication forum you could get an answer.
Here my next question... If I'm just looking at the manifolds how much of a diff is there so I can tell between b series and d series could I measure the port row length and compare to the header on my b16?
I think I will just get it especially if the turbo is good. I mean its on trade for some rims I didn't pay squat for. I guess I could just find the b series manifold with dsm flange? It has an internal wastegate also. I'm new wit turbo guys. Is this good? Is there anyhing special I need to know because of that? Thanks again for the replys

You will need a good EMS, hondata, crome, ectune, neptune, etc. If you have not already converted to OBD1 then now would be good time, before installing the turbo system. Bigger injectors are also a must, I wouldn't consider anything smaller than a 750cc, just to be safe. You could learn a lot just by reading the Forced Induction forum for a while. You will get a good idea of what you need and what you don't, how much power can be made safely, etc. Before you ask any questions there make sure you already have a general plan and a budget set, so you don't get flamed. Good luck.
Yeah I'm obd1 already si2 in fact and I wasn't planin on huge boost just street 8 to 10 on a daily you know? I've got a p28 with the mugen style chip specs. It runs clean.
