Default just to be safe

alright im replacing the exhaust on my da got a stock ls b18 and the exhaust i got came from a b16a would the header from the b16 fit on my b18

all b series should bolt up, but im pretty sure the actual tube design and how they run into the collector is different between a vtec one and a non vtec one if your running an aftermarket header. if its just the stock manifold they should be the same thing i believe

All b series headers are interchangeable. The exhaust ports are the same. Lengths are a little different when dealing with JDM or USDM spec exhaust manifolds but you should be ok with what you have now.

While the b16 header does bolt on to any b series head, the collector flange is set at a different angle than other b series...

no they're not; they're even different between different years of gsr's.

And yes we all know that the 94-99 gsr header is different than 94-01 LS, 98-01 ITR and 00-01 GSR. We werent getting that specific vladd, since the OP didnt mention anything about a gsr header to begin with.
