heat issues

Icon2 heat issues

i have had my crx for many years and many motors. i now have a d15b7 in it and now that winter is here have been needing heat. i have checked water lines inside motor bay and have water to and from core. blower works fine and car gets hot but not too hot. but for some reason have no heat....
anyone with any options or opinions please help.

valve under center dash was stuck.......
have been looking through posts all day when now i have just found a post about the location of the flap valve under center dash.
if u have problems like me check there. from passenger side look under dash toward the center and theres a valve attached to a pull cord. if its pushed out thats your problem. if its pulled shut sorry this couldnt help.
