Default Horrible Tranny Leak!

I picked up my buddy's crx with a b18a1 in it that helped drop in. It has the b16 cable transmission i think S1...gold sticker. Anyways 5th kept falling out so I went to switch transmissions out, pulled drain plug and.. bout a handfull of oil came out. Called my bud and he said he filled 3months before when he swapped. I then filled it up with good ole syncromesh and smooth as butter and grind into 5th but HOLDS!!! All good.

Now to find the leak right. Took it for a drive and lost like a little over 1 1/2 qts of fluid out of the "left" intermediate shaft seal. Went to Advanced got a seal for........(96 vtecdelsol with b16a2) and yep still bleeds.

What seal do i need guys??? dont say 01 ford contour lol i searched <-- thats what i found.

seal depends on which intermediate shaft you have - if the intermediate shaft has a female end where the axle goes in, you need the 90-93 Integra seal - if it has a male end, you need the 94 and up Integra seal

If you grab ahold of the axle and try to shake it. Look for vertical movement in the shaft. Like if it clunks in the tranny. I had this same problem and it turned out to be the carrier bearing. GL though
