who makes the lower control arms with the stars on them?

Don't buy them, save your $ the bushings crapped out pretty quickly on those.

 

I am fairly sure those are the old style Omni arms that are not available anymore. However, I agree that they looked slick.

Pic performance has some control arms that also have stars on them. Except the color is different.

That is correct, they use a star in their logo. I don't know if they have ever made suspension arms.

 

Omni Power first gens. They've been replaced by another design.
